Amenities: Helmig’s Tree Farm has hundreds of trees to choose from in a beautiful country setting along the Sangamon River. Choose and Cut trees (limited supply): White Pine, Scotch Pine, Colorado Blue, Norway Spruce, and Douglas Fir. Pre-Cut trees: Fraser Fir (6-8 foot), White Pine (6-8 foot). Christmas Wreaths, Door Swags, Greens and living Christmas trees are also available. We also sell tree stands, wreath hangers and easels, ornaments, Christmas mugs and Christmas Tree care products. Saws and twine, for tree loading, are available. All trees mechanically cleaned and baled. Restrooms available. Enjoy hot chocolate by the warm fire while visiting our family farm. Directions: Located 30 minutes East of Bloomington/Normal. Take Route 9 approximately 26 miles until you reach 3850 E. Rd. Head South on 3850 E. Rd. (County Rd. 5) and drive approximately 3 miles. There are signs located on Rte. 9. We are located 30 minutes North of Champaign. Take I-57 North to Route 136 westbound. Stay on Route 136 for approximately 19 miles until you reach 3850 E. Rd. (County Rd. 5). Turn right and take this road 7.5 miles until you reach our farm.
