Varieties: Canaan Fir, Concolor Fir, Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir, Blue Spruce, Norway Spruce, White Pine, Also selected pre-cuts from our fields available by the warming barn. We also offer PreCut Trees.
Amenities: We provide you with a measuring pole if you'd like and you set out at
your own leisure to choose the perfect tree. Nature's Best Christmas
Trees has bow saws available for you to cut your own tree or if you like,
one of our helpful staff members will cut your tree. Either you or our
staff member will haul it to the baler, which compacts the tree limbs with
netting and lastly, our helpful staff will load or tie it to your vehicle
(tips are welcome for those hard-working Fellas!).
Hot chocolate and Christmas candies available. We accept Cash & Checks.
Directions: Choose & Cut Christmas Tree farm located in Poplar Grove, Boone County IL
at the intersection of Dawson Lake Road & 76 tucked away at the end of a
peaceful half-mile road. From I-90 westbound Chicagoland area, exit at
Genoa Rd, turn right (north) at Route 76/ Fairgrounds Rd. Nature's Best
is approximately 6 miles north on the right side (east) of 76. Entrance is
directly across from Dawson Lake Rd. From I-90 eastbound, exit at Route
173, turn right (south) at Route 76 intersection. Nature's Best is
approximately 2 miles south on the left side (east) of 76. Entrance is
